How do I determine my correct Australian boot size?
Blundstone boots use Australian sizing. Generally, for men, the AU size is one size down from your US size (e.g., a US 10 is an AU 9). For women, the AU size is three sizes down from your US size (e.g., a US 8 is an AU 5).
What is your return policy for boots purchased online?
We offer a 30-day return policy for boots in unworn, resalable condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How should I care for and maintain my leather boots?
To extend the life of your boots, clean them regularly with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry away from direct heat. We recommend applying a high-quality leather conditioner or Blundstone Waterproof Spray to maintain the leather's integrity.
Are Blundstone boots waterproof?
Many of our series, such as the Waterproof Series, feature waterproof leathers and elastics. While our classic leather boots are highly water-resistant, we recommend regular treatment with waterproof sprays for maximum protection in wet conditions.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do your boots come with a warranty?
Yes, Blundstone boots are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
